ShareContent.ai ("ShareContent", "we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects brands with creators for paid content work. For the purposes of data protection law, we act as the controller of the personal information described in this policy. During early access, we collect the information you give us when you join the waitlist:

• Your role preference (brand or creator).
• Your name.
• Your email address, which we store in lowercase.
• Your company name, if you choose to provide it.
• The date and time you joined.

As the platform grows and you create an account, we will also collect profile details, the briefs or applications you create, messages you send through the platform, and payment information needed to run escrow. We will collect basic technical data such as your IP address and device type to keep the service secure and working.

• To add you to the waitlist and let you know when access opens.
• To run the marketplace: posting briefs, matching, applications, and messaging.
• To process payments and hold funds in escrow once billing is live.
• To keep accounts and payments secure and to prevent fraud or abuse.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To improve the product based on how it is used.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email with other people on the platform.

Where data protection law applies, we rely on these grounds: your consent when you join the waitlist or opt in to messages; performance of a contract when we provide the service you signed up for; our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and improving it; and compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.

We share personal information only in limited cases:

• With service providers who host our systems, send email, or process payments on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
• Between brands and creators when you choose to apply to or accept work, limited to what is needed to complete the deal.
• When required by law, a court order, or a valid government request.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

No endpoint on the platform exposes a list of emails or a bulk export of waitlist members.

We keep waitlist entries until access opens and for a reasonable period after, so we can invite you and answer questions. If you ask us to remove you, we will delete your entry. Account and payment records are kept for as long as your account is active and for any period the law requires after it closes.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and standard security practices to protect your information. Email addresses are normalized and stored with a uniqueness constraint so the same person is not added to one list twice. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to certain uses, or ask us to limit how we use it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing email at any time. To make a request, contact us and we will respond within the time required by law.

The waitlist site uses only what is needed to function. If we add analytics or other cookies later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

ShareContent.ai is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may process your information in countries other than your own. When we do, we use safeguards required by law to keep your data protected.

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
